How we work

The firm exists to compound capital, advise a limited number of operators, and own real estate we would be willing to hold through a full cycle. We prefer fewer decisions, made carefully, to a calendar full of activity.

We are not a broker-dealer, a registered investment adviser soliciting the public, or a high-volume listing shop. When we invest, we invest as principals. When we advise, we do so directly.

Where we sit

Milton, Georgia is home. The Atlanta market — and the corridor north of it — is where we spend the most time on real estate and operating businesses. Work outside the Atlanta area is taken on when the opportunity is clear and the relationship is direct.
